Italo Mundo Afora

Italo Mundo Afora ("Italo Across the World") is a travel video series where psychiatrist and writer Dr. Italo Marsili reflects on maturity, family, and faith while journeying abroad and meeting his audience face to face. A show filmed in a different country each episode needed an identity that could travel with it — holding together across borders and backdrops without ever looking like a casual vlog. The challenge was to give the series the romance and weight of a real expedition while keeping Italo's warm, reflective voice at its center. So we built an identity rooted in the age of exploration — navigators, passports, and maps — that reframes his travels as a modern journey of discovery.

// Project Goals

Give a globe-trotting series one identity that stays consistent across every country and episode. Frame Italo's travels as a journey of discovery — intellectual and spiritual, not merely geographic.

// The Result

A broadcast-ready system drawn from the age of exploration: stencil lettering, cartographic lines, and passport-stamp motifs in a deep-indigo-and-red palette that nods to Portuguese navigation — a deliberate thread between Portugal and Brazil. It runs from title cards and on-screen lower-thirds to thumbnails and social, giving every episode, wherever it's filmed, the same feeling of a voyage worth following.
